Giselda was born in Malaysia and has travelled all over the world as well as living in Malawi, France, Switzerland, Turkey and Libya. Her style of cooking has been greatly influenced by living and entertaining in these countries.
Although cooking for friends is very satisfying, "it is often stressful being the hostess and a chef at a dinner party and you miss out on the chat!"
